Mark Hanson - Managing Director
Over the past 20 years Mark has developed a vast array of experience in the world of IT in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. His roles have been varied and include six years as Managed Services Director for Anite Plc, a worldwide IT solutions and software company whose primary business is the provision of business critical solutions to the telecoms, public sector and travel markets.
Mark has also developed a keen sense of commercial awareness and understanding of business through his MBA studies. This combination of IT
experience and commercial acumen means Mark is able to truly understand your business and develop strategic IT solutions in line with your company's objectives.
John Mucklow - Operations Director
John has worked in the IT Industry for 18 Years and has a wealth of experience in the configuration, deployment and support of technical solutions throughout the industry. Over the past eight years, John has concentrated on the management and delivery of service management solutions for business critical solutions within the private, public sector and telecoms market places.
Understanding Service Delivery and providing the highest possible level of service and support has always been John's aim and this has led him to being short listed for the British Computer Society Service Delivery Manager of the year award.
